Get to know and learn from the likes of Doug Richard from Dragon's Den, Edward de Bono, and the founders of Glasses Direct and Coffee Republic and many, many more.

At Growth Enterprise, we passionately believe that no one individual has all the answers to running a business - not even us. We should always be open to learn from others experiences - be they positive or negative.

Each month, we will interview one or two high profile individuals from the worlds of business, politics, the military, academia, sport or entertainment who will provide us with insights to their successes and mistakes so we can hopefully learn from them.

These interviews are not edited highlights - but are instead full transcripts of the interviews which took place.

Interviews available for viewing now, include:

Doug Richard who is the founder of Library House and ex-panellist on BBC2's 'Dragon's Den';

Maria Kempinska who founded Jongleur Comedy Clubs and turned it into one of the largest company's of its type in the UK;

Tim Roupell who left a lucrative career in the City to make and sell sandwiches and who now, with Daily Bread, has a warrant to provide the same to The Queen;

Darren Richards who created has created Britain's largest online dating agency in the shape of Dating Direct;

Trisha Mason who, following the death of her husband when she was 29, established VEF who is now an award-winning estate agency in France; and
