It recognises that those involved in running small businesses are deluged with information - much of it of poor quality or irrelevant. This is the last thing you need when you are busy trying to work on getting a business off the ground or grow it to the next level. In addition, you are often at a loss to know where to turn to to get this help in a form which is relatively low cost but which can be implemented in your business as soon as it is received. So, at the core of Growth Enterprise is Growth Enterprise Manual. Our vision is to establish Growth Enterprise Manual as the GEM among business publications. Growth Enterprise Manual provides its subscribers with six detailed tutorials each and every month. The tutorials cover all aspects of a business and not just one or two areas, such as sales, marketing or finance. That's because the tutorials follow the "Six Pillars Philosophy", pioneered by our sister organisation, Growth Enterprise Bespoke Services:
Each tutorial is presented in a clear, uncluttered format. In common with the rest of the website, you will find no irrelevant advertising, confusing graphics, space-filling pictures or wasted narrative. Our jewel, apart from the Growth Enterprise Manual itself, of course, are our interviews. These are not edited highlights, but are instead interview transcripts with high-profile personalities from the worlds of business, politics, academia, sport, the military and entertainment. We are adding new interviews at a rate of two per month. The purpose of these interviews is to inspire, but also for the interviewee to share their thoughts and advice on how small business owners/managers can improve their business introduce new ways of working or thinking.
